Heels Basic is for anyone at the start of their heels journey — whether you have never danced in heels or you are still at beginner level. The class builds a strong foundation through posture, balance, safe weight transfer, and comfortable walking technique. No previous heels experience is needed.
Each lesson gives you time to understand the movement before bringing the foundations into simple choreography. The goal is to help you feel stable, secure, and free to enjoy dancing in heels.

High Heels teacher
Elizabeth Romaniv is a professional High Heels dancer, teacher, choreographer, and performer from Ukraine, based in Finland. She is the founder of LI SPACE — a dance studio and creative brand for dancers and teachers who want to develop and refine their skills.
With 14 years of professional ballroom dance training and performance, Elizabeth built a strong foundation in technique, musicality, discipline, and stage presence, which continue to shape her approach to High Heels today.
For Elizabeth, High Heels is more than a dance trend — it is a structured practice that combines technique, body mechanics, musicality, control, and self-expression. Her teaching focuses on developing body awareness, strength, and confidence while helping dancers understand not only how they move, but why they move that way.
She creates a supportive and motivating environment where growth comes through discipline, consistency, and curiosity, encouraging every student to take ownership of their progress and creative development.
