Step Into Your Power and Flow

High Heels Intermediate is designed for dancers who already have a foundation in heels and are ready to grow further. You'll refine your technique, improve body control and musicality, explore more challenging choreography, and build confidence, performance quality, and artistic expression.

This Class Is For You If…
  • You’ve danced in heels before or completed a beginner class and want to level up.

  • You want to refine posture, styling, and musicality while exploring more complex combinations.

  • You’re looking for detailed guidance in a non-judgmental, motivating group.

  • You want to build expressive confidence and improve your movement flow.

What You’ll Learn
  • Posture and body awareness to strengthen your core movement.

  • Arm styling and transitions for fluid, expressive choreography.

  • Musicality and rhythm - move with the music, not just to it.

  • Creative, challenging choreography that helps you grow artistically.

Elizabeth Romaniv

Elizabeth Romaniv, High Heels teacher at LI Space
High Heels teacher

Elizabeth Romaniv is a professional High Heels dancer, teacher, choreographer, and performer from Ukraine, based in Finland. She is the founder of LI SPACE — a dance studio and creative brand for dancers and teachers who want to develop and refine their skills.

With 14 years of professional ballroom dance training and performance, Elizabeth built a strong foundation in technique, musicality, discipline, and stage presence, which continue to shape her approach to High Heels today.

For Elizabeth, High Heels is more than a dance trend — it is a structured practice that combines technique, body mechanics, musicality, control, and self-expression. Her teaching focuses on developing body awareness, strength, and confidence while helping dancers understand not only how they move, but why they move that way.

She creates a supportive and motivating environment where growth comes through discipline, consistency, and curiosity, encouraging every student to take ownership of their progress and creative development.

Art in Motion. Power in Precision.

Frequently Asked Questions

This is a monthly course designed for consistent growth and progress. Drop-ins are very limited and not guaranteed, and monthly students receive priority.

For Beginners, you can start in socks, but it’s best to start right away in heels. For Intermediate and Advanced, heels are required - supportive, stable heels designed for movement and ankle support are recommended. If you’re unsure what to buy, I can advise you on proper footwear.

I’ll let you know before each class when knee pads are needed, but it’s best to always have a pair on hand. Choose slim, flexible dance knee pads that protect your joints without restricting movement. You can find suitable options at dancewear stores or sports shops, and I’m happy to help you pick the right ones.

Drop-ins are allowed when there is space. You can book and pay online right up to the class start, or message us on Instagram.
