Cancellations & Refunds

Workshops
- If your plans change, you can't come, or you simply don't show up, cancellation or refund is not possible.
- You can resell your spot to someone else (tag us on Instagram and we'll gladly help you resell your spot).
- Cancellation and refund are possible for a valid reason for missing (illness or injury, with a doctor's note as proof) — let us know at least 3 days before the event.
- If the organizer cancels or calls off the event, you get a full refund.
Courses & Classes
- A class can be cancelled up to 24 hours before it starts, and we'll move your booking to another class within the month (valid for single or trial classes).
- The monthly course fee is non-refundable. If you couldn't attend one or more classes during the month, they aren't rescheduled or refunded.
- Cancellation and refund are possible for a valid reason for missing (illness or injury, with a doctor's note as proof) — let us know at least 3 days before the course or class starts.
- You can resell your spot to someone else.
Studio Rentals
- Cancellation and refund of the rental fee after booking is not possible.
- We can move your rental to another day or time if you let us know at least 24 hours before your rental.
- If the studio cancels the booking, you get a full refund.
- Reselling or transferring rented slots to someone else is not allowed.
