Frequently Asked Questions
All you need to know about our High Heels dance classes in Helsinki.
Booking & Payment
How do I know which class to book?
If you’re new to heels or dance in general, start with the Beginners group. If you’ve danced before, feel free to message me for a recommendation based on your level and experience.
How do I pay for classes?
After booking (via contact form or Instagram), you’ll receive payment instructions. Payments are made before your first class via bank transfer or MobilePay.
Can I book a trial class more than once?
Trial classes are intended for first-time students only and can be booked once per person.
If you’ve already taken a trial class, please choose a Drop-in or Monthly option for your next visit.
Is my spot confirmed after I fill out the form?
Your seat is reserved temporarily after submitting the form. However, your spot is only confirmed after payment. If someone else pays first, your reservation may be overwritten.
Can I book for multiple people?
For group classes, each participant should book individually. For private sessions, you can book up to 4 people together under one request.
How far in advance should I book?
Spots are limited and often fill fast. It’s best to book at least 1–2 weeks before the month starts. Trial or drop-in spaces are released only if extra spots are available.

Are heels required for classes?
For Beginners, you can start in socks, but it’s best to start right away in heels. For Intermediate and Advanced, heels are required - supportive, stable heels designed for movement and ankle support are recommended. If you’re unsure what to buy, I can advise you on proper footwear.
What should I wear to my first High Heels class?
Choose comfortable, form-fitting clothes so the instructor can see your alignment and technique. Dress in a way that makes you feel confident and feminine - even in rehearsal.
Do I need knee pads, and which ones should I choose?
I’ll let you know before each class when knee pads are needed, but it’s best to always have a pair on hand. Choose slim, flexible dance knee pads that protect your joints without restricting movement. You can find suitable options at dancewear stores or sports shops, and I’m happy to help you pick the right ones.
Which heels should I buy for class?
Invest in high-quality leather or suede dance heels (8–10 cm, open toe recommended), stable and supportive with lacing and a side zipper.
Are trial classes available?
Yes - trial classes are available for all group levels when space allows. Trial classes are a great way to meet the teacher, feel the class’s energy, get to know other students, and see if it’s the right fit for you. You can book directly on the website or via Instagram - I recommend reserving your spot at the beginning of the month.
Book a Trial Class

If you’ve already taken a trial class, please choose a Drop-in or Monthly option for your next visit.
How do drop-ins work?
Drop-ins are allowed when there’s space. You can book directly on the website or via instagram - I recommend reserving your spot at the beginning of the month. Please reach out at least 24 hours in advance to confirm availability.
Book a Drop-In
Can I join in the middle of the month?
Yes - you can join mid-month and pay per class as a drop-in. However, I recommend starting at the beginning of the month, since we introduce new elements every class and build choreography and technique cumulatively. If you feel comfortable, you’re always welcome to attend, and you can also book a trial or reserve a spot for the next month.
What if I miss a class?
Classes are not adjust or refund for missed sessions, but if you have any special circumstances, we can discuss them individually.

I do not accept Epassi, Smartum, or other employee benefit vouchers. Payment can be made via bank transfer, card, or invoice.
Pricing & Packages
What is a monthly package?
A monthly package is a one-month enrollment that gives you access to one specific group course. It includes 7 one-hour sessions (minimum) of group training — not personal or flexible hours.
You can only attend the group you registered for. If you want to join more than one group, you’ll need to purchase a separate monthly package for each.
However, you can also join additional classes as a drop-in — if spots are available and with separate payment.
Depending on the month, the number of sessions and total hours may exceed the 7-session minimum — but the price remains the same.
Missed sessions are considered part of the course and cannot be rescheduled, refunded, or transferred.
The package is valid from the first to the last day of the month.
What does the monthly class fee include?
The monthly course includes at least 7 one-hour group sessions, with:
• Focus on technique, choreography, and drills
• Supportive feedback and group progression
• A final video at the end of the month to celebrate your journey
Note: This is a structured group course, not a set of personal or flexible hours.

Book a Drop-In
Can I do drop-ins instead of the full month?
Drop-ins are possible, but only when space allows. Monthly students get priority access, and the classes are structured for ongoing progress - so monthly is highly recommended.

I do not accept Epassi, Smartum, or other employee benefit vouchers. Payment can be made via bank transfer, card, or invoice.
Private Sessions
How many people can join a private session?
You can come solo or bring a small group - up to 4 people total. It’s great for personal development, friends, colleagues, or focused group coaching sessions.
Can beginners book private classes?
Yes! Private sessions are perfect for beginners. You’ll get personalized attention and the freedom to learn at your own pace, with no pressure.
How do I book a time?
Just use the contact form or send a message on Instagram. I will coordinate based on availability and your preferred days/times.

Can I choose what we focus on?
Absolutely. Each private class is customized - from technical drills to choreography, stage presence, or styling. You set the goals; I’ll help you get there.
Do you accept Epassi or Smartum vouchers?
