What is the difference between an open class and a course?
An open class you book one at a time. Come when it suits you, skip the weeks it does not.
A course runs for a whole month with the same group every week. You sign up for the month, not for single classes.
The schedule marks every class as one or the other.
View Schedule
How do I join an open class?
You need a package or a drop-in pack first. Buy one, then book the classes you want from your account.
Open classes are not sold one by one at checkout. The only exception is a trial class, which is your first visit.
How do I know which class to book?
New to heels or to dancing, start with High Heels Beginners. For everything else, the schedule says the level of each class.
If you are still not sure, message me and I will suggest one.
Are trial classes available?
Yes. A trial is your first class with a teacher, at a lower price, so you can see if it is a good fit before you commit.
You book and pay for it online like any other class. For High Heels courses, trial dates are in the first 16 days of the month. Other classes have no such limit.
Book a Trial Class
Can I book a trial class more than once?
A trial is your first class with a teacher, so you can trial each teacher once.
If you have already taken any class with that teacher, a course, a drop-in, or an earlier trial, the trial price no longer applies. Book a package, a drop-in pack, or the course instead.
Packages & Drop-ins
What is a package?
A package gives you a set number of open classes each week. Pick how often you want to come, pick the day it starts, and book your classes from your account.
There is also an Unlimited package if you want to come as often as you like.
Packages cover open classes only. They do not include courses.

What is a drop-in pack?
A set of classes paid for up front. There is no weekly limit. Use them whenever you like while they are valid, and book each one from your account.
A drop-in pack works on any open class. It also works on single course classes, on any date. Book one late in the month and the group will already be ahead, so a full course next month suits you better.
What is the difference between a drop-in and a drop-in pack?
They are two different things with a similar name.
A drop-in is one single class from a course. You pick the class and the date at checkout and pay for that one class. It is yours straight away and it is not stored in your account as a class to spend later.
A drop-in pack is several classes paid for up front. They sit in your account and you spend them on whichever classes you want, whenever you want, while they are valid.
Short version: a drop-in is one class you have already chosen. A drop-in pack is classes you have not chosen yet.
Can I use a package for a course?
No. Weekly and Unlimited packages cover open classes only. Courses are bought on their own.
A drop-in pack is the one that can reach a course class, on any date. Later in the month the group is further along, so a full course is the better buy.
High Heels Advanced is a closed group and cannot be booked with any package or pack.
Do unused classes carry over to the next week?
No. A weekly package gives you classes for that week. Anything you do not use that week is gone.
Your week runs from the day your package started, not from Monday. Your account shows the current week and how many classes are left in it.
Drop-in packs work differently. They have no weekly limit, so nothing is lost week to week.
When does my package start?
On the day you choose when you buy it. You can start today or pick a later day. It then runs from that day.
Can two people share one package?
No. A package or a drop-in pack belongs to one person and is booked from that person’s account.
Courses
What is a Monthly Course?
One course, one month. You get every session of that course for that month, with the same group, and at least 7 classes.
It covers that one course only. It does not include open classes or any other course.
Sign up early in the month. Once a course has covered too much material to join, it closes and you book the next month instead. The booking page shows the exact date it closes.
Missed sessions are part of the course. They are not moved, refunded, or swapped.
How many classes do I get in a Monthly Course?
At least 7. That is the promise for every course month.
Most months have more, because courses run twice a week. You get all of them at no extra cost. The 7 is the floor, not the plan.
If we have to cancel a session, you still get at least 7 classes that month.
Can I join in the middle of the month?
Yes, with a package or a drop-in pack. Open classes run all month and your package can start any day.
Courses are different. You can only sign up for one early in the month, so mid month you would book the next one. A drop-in or a drop-in pack still gets you into a single course class on any date, though the group will be ahead of you by then. To follow a course from the start, book next month’s.
Do I need to attend every week?
On a course, yes. Each week builds on the last, so coming every week is how you get the most out of it.
With a package or a drop-in pack you choose week by week. Just remember that weekly package classes do not carry over.
Can I take more than one class a week?
Yes. For open classes, pick a package with more classes per week, or the Unlimited one.
For courses, you can take two, and there is a discount when you do.
Booking & Payment
How do I pay for classes?
You pay online by card at checkout when you book. Your spot is confirmed as soon as the payment goes through, and the receipt is saved in your account.
Is my spot confirmed after I book?
If you are paying at checkout, your spot is confirmed the moment the payment goes through. There are no holds, so if someone else pays first the spot may be taken.
If you are booking with a package or a drop-in pack, it is confirmed straight away.
Can I book for more than one person?
Each person books their own place, with their own name and email.
How far in advance should I book?
Spots are limited and often fill up. For a course, book before the month starts. For open classes, a package can start on any day you pick, so you can begin whenever you are ready.
Do class times ever change?
Rarely. If the schedule shifts because of studio logistics or an event, we tell you in advance.

Your Account
Do I need an account?
You need one to buy or use a package or a drop-in pack, because that is where your classes are kept and booked.
You do not need one to book a course, a single drop-in, or a trial class. Those are paid for at checkout and confirmed by email.

View on Google Maps
How do I get into the studio?
There is a code for the street door. It is in your booking confirmation email, and in your account under Studio access information.
Once you are in the stairwell, come up to the second floor.
Are heels required for classes?
In beginner level classes you can start in socks, but it is better to start in heels right away. At intermediate and advanced level, heels are required. Pick stable, supportive heels made for dancing.
Open classes like Stretching, Contemporary, and Latin Solo are not danced in heels.
Which heels should I buy for class?
Choose supportive, stable dance heels made for movement and ankle support. A secure fit matters more than heel height or toe shape. If you are unsure what to buy, I can help you choose a pair.
What should I wear to my first High Heels class?
Comfortable, close-fitting clothes, so the teacher can see your alignment and technique. Wear something that makes you feel good, even in rehearsal.
Do I need knee pads, and which ones should I choose?
I will tell you before class when knee pads are needed, but it is best to always have a pair with you. Choose slim, flexible dance knee pads that protect your knees without getting in the way. Dancewear and sports shops have them, and I am happy to help you pick.
