We decide what happens to your data. Email us about anything here, including deletion.

What We Collect, and Why

• Booking a class or workshop — name, email, Instagram handle, your message, and what you booked. If you sign a friend up too, we treat their details like yours. Please ask them first.
• Renting the studio — the same, plus your phone number and the date, time and length.
• An account — your email, and your name if you sign in with Google. We keep your bookings, credits and passes.
• Paying — your name, email and what you bought go to Stripe. Card details go straight to Stripe, never to us.
• Using the site — your IP address, for about a minute, to block spam. No profiling.
• A doctor's note, if you send one for a refund. Used only for that decision, then deleted. Never required.

Name, email, Instagram handle and booking details are required. Phone number and message are optional.

Our legal grounds: your booking contract; the law, for payment records; our own interest in blocking spam; your consent, for analytics, saved details and a doctor's note. Withdraw consent any time.

Where It's Stored, and Who Else Sees It

We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising. We use these companies to run the studio, and each only gets what it needs:

• Supabase — our database and account sign-in. The database runs in Zurich, Switzerland.
• Google (Forms, Sheets, Apps Script, Calendar, Gmail, Sign in with Google) — booking records, confirmation emails, and studio scheduling. If a booking fails, it may sit in an error log so we can recover it.
• Resend — sends the sign-in links for your account.
• Stripe — payments and refunds.
• Netlify — hosting this website.
• Google Analytics — only if you agree to cookies.

Switzerland is rated adequate by the EU. Google, Stripe, Netlify, Resend and Supabase are US companies, so data also goes there — under the EU's standard contractual clauses, or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Ask us for details.

How Long We Keep It

• Payment and refund records — six years. Finnish accounting law. We cannot delete these earlier.
• A doctor's note — deleted once the refund is decided.
• Everything else — while we are using it. Deleted when you ask.

Cookies and Your Browser

Sign-in cookies keep you logged in. They cannot be switched off.

The only optional cookies are Google Analytics, up to 360 days. Nothing optional loads until you agree. Change your mind below or in the footer — declining deletes them.

Saved in your browser, not on our servers: your basket, which clears after 12 hours, and — only if you tick the box — your name, email and Instagram handle. We cannot read it there. Clear it below, or clear your browser data.

Your Rights

You can ask to see, correct, delete or move your data, or limit how we use it. You can object where we rely on our own interest, and withdraw consent any time. Withdrawing does not undo what came before.
