About this class
Stretching is more than flexibility—it helps develop strength, balance, mobility, and body control. Regular practice increases your range of motion, improves posture and overall movement quality, helps prevent injuries, and makes movements cleaner and more expressive.
It also supports better dance technique while building a stronger and more flexible body.
Angelina Glugan

Stretching teacher
Angelina — a dancer and teacher based in Helsinki, originally from Ukraine.
She has been dancing for 16 years, training at Totem Dance School in Kyiv in classical ballet, modern jazz, and contemporary, and later at Ballettschule Theater Basel in Switzerland. She competed at YAGP and trained across Europe, but after injuries shifted her focus from performing into teaching.
In her classes, she focuses on real feedback and clear corrections — helping students understand the difference so they can truly improve. She adapts the level depending on your goals.
She teaches contemporary jazz, modern jazz, ballet floor work, stretching, conditioning, pirouettes, and self-massage in regular classes and workshops.
