First time in Helsinki!
This workshop is about when movement emerges from within, through experimental choreography, heels technique, and improvisation. You will discover new body sensations, learn to flow through space, and express yourself through movement.

Follow MerilinMerilin’s approach to dance goes beyond form and shape, focusing on the impulses, sensations, and inner world that drive movement. She creates a supportive space where all levels can explore, be curious, and discover choreography from within themselves.

- We will work with heels technique through flow, body connections, and awareness of movement pathways.
Break - 30 min16:30-18:00
- Improvisation Practice
- The second class will focus entirely on improvisation. We will explore ways to relax in the process, work with space, and discover different movement qualities.
